Marigold's Marmalade Cake is actually...

Esther's Marmalade Cake!

When I included a marmalade cake in A Need to Protect, I had no idea so many readers would reach out requesting the recipe. The truth is, it's not my recipe at all. In my mind, Marigold made the very same marmalade cake that made by Esther in Jan Karon's Mitford book series.

The recipe is in the Mitford Cookbook! Here's are links to Jan Karon's website, with links to buy the cookbook, and to the recipe posted on the Epicurious website.
